Order Cancellations

Because each product is handmade and made-to-order, we work quickly to craft your items with care. As a result, cancellations can only be processed within 3 hours of placing your order.

Returns

Our return policy is designed to offer you peace of mind. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. As long as the item remains in its original condition and securely packaged, you will be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Please note that some items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. This includes items on sale, those purchased during promotional events, and personalized products, as they hold a special journey all their own.
